School Nurse (RN)

Pediatric School Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN), with pediatric experience, to provide one:one care to medically fragile children attending school.

Required Experience and Licenses

Registered Nurses must have 1-year pediatric experience in an acute care setting
Trach, Vent, G tube feeding, seizure disorders experience required
Current NYS Registered Nurse license required

Duties include

Meeting child at home to accompany in transport to and from school.
Following a medically authorized plan of care.
Providing skilled nursing care to include, but not limited to, Trach Care, G Tube Feeding, and Medication administration.
Following Safety, Aspiration, and Seizure Precautions as required by the individual student's needs.

Compensation is commensurate with experience

Hours range from Monday - Friday 7:00 am-5:30 pm.
Salary Ranges between $85,000-$105,000 annually (depending on hours worked).
Salaried position with full paid time off during holidays/school closures.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), with pediatric experience, to provide 1:1 care to medically fragile children attending school.

Required Experience and Licenses

Registered Nurses must have 1-year pediatric experience in an acute care setting
Trach, Vent, G tube feeding, seizure disorders experience required
